Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order via our returns center below. Subsequently, we will provide you with a packing slip and return label. If you happen to return a product without reaching out to us, please be aware that there might be custom costs involved. In such cases, we will have to deduct the custom fees settled by us from the return amount.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels on. Please note that all returns must be accepted by us, trackable, and sent to our address.

Return Costs

We charge CHF 7 and EUR 30 for returns in Switzerland and Europe, respectively, to cover return shipment. Those costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount (intrinsic value of the item).

legal warranty and care instructions

Please note that the legal warranty only applies to the condition of the item at the time of transfer of risk. Rbasics is only liable if the item had a material or legal defect upon delivery. The customer must prove that the defect existed from the beginning. By marking the clothing with care symbols, we guarantee that the clothing will not be damaged if it is properly cleaned. However, there is no guarantee that all soiling will disappear under this specified care.

sizing and fit recommendations

We allow for a +/- 1 cm allowance in our sizing, which is not considered a defect and therefore not a valid reason for a return at no charge. We highly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before making a purchase to ensure the best fit possible.

unclaimed and unwanted shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Otherwise unclaimed, unwanted, or not clarified returns will be resold after 14 days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Also, check your last month invoice, as sometimes the amount of your last month credit card invoice will be affected. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rbasicsofficial.com, and we will get in touch with the refund/payment company.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
