Shipping and Delivery
Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details. We do not send any shipments during weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping in Switzerland and within Europe on orders over CHF 130 and EUR 130, respectively. Shipping rates are otherwise as listed below:

For European countries with other currencies than EUR we apply a fixed exchange rate to derive an equivalent value to match the EUR 14 above.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost.

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post, UPS or FedEx.
Change of Delivery Address
You can update your delivery address anytime before we ship your order. In that case, please contact us at info@rbasicsofficial.com, and we will make sure your package goes to the right place.
Wrong Delivery Address
In case of an incorrect delivery address, you have two options: either the order may be delivered to the wrong address (on your expenses), or it will be returned to our facilities. You have 14 days to report the issue and request reshipping to the correct address, with the reshipping cost to be prepaid by you. If unclaimed, unwanted, or unresolved returns persist, they will be restocked and made available for resale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth delivery processes.
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable during the delivery window or fail to retrieve your order within the specified timeframe from your supplier's pick-up station, you will have 14 days to report and get the order resent to your address. To arrange for reshipping, you are kindly asked to prepay the associated costs. To do so, please contact us at info@rbasicsofficial.com. In the event of unclaimed, unwanted, or unaddressed returns, the items will be resold after a period of 14 days.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery surpasses the estimated time, please reach out to us for further assistance. It is important to consider that delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays or unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure). However, please be aware that a delay in delivery does not grant the right to cancel the contract, and claims for damages are not applicable.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
In the event that your parcel arrives damaged (please note that packaging and wet items inside are not included), please refer to our return portal and report the damage no later than 14 days after receipt. Upon receipt of the photo and necessary details, we will promptly assess the situation and liaise with the carrier if required. Kindly note that the assessment and eligibility for a refund are conducted on a case-by-case basis. If considered eligible, we will notify you via e-mail and inquire whether you prefer your product to be replaced or if you wish to receive a refund.
Parcels Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days at info@rbasicsofficial.com after the estimated delivery date. In such instances, we will initiate contact with the carrier to investigate the situation.
Before proceeding with a claim, we may request your assistance, such as confirming the accuracy of the shipping address.
Please keep in mind that if the tracking information indicates an order was delivered to the address provided by you, but you believe you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility for such cases and will neither reship the order nor make any refund.
Items out of Stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there maybe a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you would prefer another product of our range or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the products which are not available.
Sales Tax
We are VAT registered and fulfill tax obligations by paying the respective authorities in each country. The correct VAT amount is clearly displayed during the checkout process, ensuring transparency and compliance with local regulations. All product prices on our website include VAT, providing a clear overview of the costs associated with your purchase.
Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
